My primary source of shipping is currently the USPS. As you may be aware, the USPS is experiencing a lot of delays due to many factors, and shipments may get tossed around for a little bit. My shipments have not been delayed for more than 3 weeks, however, expect shipments to take up to a month. This unfortunate circumstance is out of my control and I just ask for patience and understanding. If you have any concerns, I will be happy to look into a shipment and give you an update, but just be aware that whatever is seen on the tracking page is exactly the information I'm looking at.


All items will be shipped via USPS, or sometimes, FedEx. If you need a specific shipping method, please contact me using the CONTACT page either right before or after you purchase an item and I will try to accommodate to the best of my ability. Choosing a separate shipment method may be subject to shipping fees.

Express shipping options are not available because I work a full time job that requires me to be away from my studio for days at a time, so I cannot consistently guarantee it. If you are looking for a Rush option for a Custom Kigurumi, please see below for your options.


At this time BlankoCrafts is only shipping within the USA. If you're interested in an item and want to ship it internationally, please feel free to message me using the CONTACT page and I will chat with you what options are available. 


If you need a ready made item Quickly, I can accommodate. Please send me a message using the CONTACT page before or after you make a purchase, and label your message as RUSH SHIPMENT. I will tell you the options and depending on any extra charges, will send you a Paypal invoice for the rush fee.

If you are interested in a Custom Made PartyKigu Rush order, please message me using the CONTACT page before making a purchase. Depending on available materials I may or may not be able to accommodate. Custom Made PartyKigu Rush orders take about 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed, to receiving the shipment.


If your package arrives looking battered, before opening, take pictures of the box, and after opening if you notice any damage on your product, take pictures of that as well. Please use the CONTACT page to send me all the information you can provide, and I will work with you to try to replace your order, or find a conclusion if possible.

If your package is lost or is taking excessive time to get to you, please let me know via the CONTACT page, I will file a claim on my end. Claims can be filed between 30-90 days with USPS so please bear with me as I will try to find a conclusion for your order!
